- Fellowship-Trained pathway: Proof of successful completion of an on-site clinical fellowship. Your fellowship program director needs to attest to your training. Click here to access the attestation letter.

- CME pathway: A minimum of 60 credits of AMA PRA Category 1 Creditâ„¢; AOA Category 1-A; or Mainpro-M1 Continuing Medical Education (CME) on the topic of obesity
